It is a shame that the malicious, dishonest acts of the few has to affect the rest of our welcomed, legitimate, ethical members. It is also a shame that these people have failed to recognize that more money could be made doing this business the legitimate and correct way instead of trying to cheat the system for a few dollars!! The 4EverGreens Network will NOT tolerate scammers or fraudulent practices period!
1.) If you are here to make a quick buck at someone else�s expense LEAVE NOW!
2.) Do NOT complete offers that do not interest you. We have plenty of offers to choose from that will be of interest to everyone so give them an honest effort!
3.) Always use the same e-mail address for the offers that you used when you registered at 4EverGreens.com.
4.) The 4EverGreens Network will still payout instantly; however, what this means is that we will pay you immediately after your order has been approved and your referrals have underwent rigorous checks for fraudulent activities. If one of your referrals is found to have committed fraud they will be put on permanent hold, reported to the authorities, and permanently banned from the 4EverGreens Network. They will be 4EverRED! Their status will in no way affect your good standing with the 4EverGreens Network; however, you cannot use these people for an order you have placed at any of the 4EverGreens.com sites because they were disqualified.
5.) When referring someone to this great Network please make sure they are not using an ISP that resolves back to a "proxy". Anyone registering using a proxy will go "RED" guaranteed through no fault of their own. We will place all accounts who register via a proxy on hold but not to worry this is easily rectified. All that member would need to do is notify us when they have changed to an ISP that utilizes a static IP and their account will be reinstated. Some of the ISP's that utilizes proxies are AOL, WALMART CONNECT, and NETSCAPE CONNECT. Please do not use these ISP's when doing offers.
6.) All cash awards will require a VERIFIED paypal account, NO EXCEPTIONS. We will contact PayPal to ensure the validity of the account prior to the disbursement of funds. This will help to protect you, the legitimate member, from identity theft. If any discrepancies are discovered we will notify you promptly in order that you may address the issue in a timely matter. We are here to give you a venue to make a decent supplemental online income; however, we are NOT here for the gain of unethical, dishonest, fraudulent, scamming wanna-be�s.
7.) Manual credit requests are no longer being accepted by certain affiliates because of fraudulent activities committed. The 4EverGreens Network will make every attempt to resolve MCR�s; however, this can not be guaranteed. We apologize for this and there is nothing that we can do about it. We do want you to know that we truly value and honor all of our legitimate members.
8.) When you register at our Network, please provide a valid phone number that you can be reached at because we will call. If we can not reach you by phone then your account will placed on temporary hold until we receive valid information to approve your registration on our network. 9.) No offer may be completed using a prepaid card or virtual credit card. Anyone that is caught using these will have their account placed on permanent hold, NO EXCEPTIONS. This is a shame because some out there have chosen to deceive, cheat, and fraud for a few dollars!!

I. Membership
1. All users must provide 100% accurate information.
2. All addresses must be in the United States of America or Canada and not belong to any business. You must register using your personal residential address. Users who do not fit these standards will have their accounts placed on hold at time of review. Addresses not in the United States of America or Canada will not have items shipped to them. Users must be 18 or older to participate in this website.
3. Items may not be shipped to PO Boxes. You may also not register with a PO box. Users who sign up with a PO box may be placed on hold during account review.
4. Only one (1) account is allowed per shipping address. All accounts with the same shipping address will be placed on hold for an indefinite amount of time. There is no guarantee that the account will ever be taken off of hold.
5. One person may not have more than one account at 4EverGreens.com, based on, but not limited to duplicate IP addresses, even if members provide different shipping addresses (based on the same IP address). If a person is suspected of having more than one account, all suspicious accounts will be placed on hold. There is no guarantee that they will ever be taken off of hold.
6. Referrals can not be transferred or donated from one account to another. Two or more accounts can not be merged into one account without consent of the 4EverGreens.com owner.
7. If your account is placed on hold, you are not permitted to create another account. Any user who is found to create an account when they already have an account that is on hold will be banned from 4EverGreens.com.
8. By registering for an account on 4EverGreens.com, you agree to receive any third party messages that we wish to send to you. This includes, but not is limited to, third party advertisements and offers.
9. Any unauthorized use, entry, or hacking into 4EverGreens.com is deemed illegal and is punishable by law. The slightest violation of any law will provide sufficient impetus for us to prosecute the offender to the fullest extent of that law.
10. Any user that registers on 4EverGreens.com using the AOL proxy, or any proxy, will be put on hold. Please sign up alternate internet service providers. Internet Explorer is not required but highly recommended.
11.A user may be put on hold for any suspicious activity whether it be on this site, or other free sites.
12."Walking through" or guiding users through the steps of completing the site is strictly prohibited and can result in a hold.
13.By signing up for any 4EverGreens.com websites you agree to hold harmless 4EverGreens.com and any of its employees from any damages, liabilities, expenses, or legal claims that may result from using this website.
II. Offers
1. Receiving credit for an offer can not be guaranteed. If you believe that you have completed an offer correctly, please open a support ticket with your name, account name, e-mail address, offer completed, and the date that you have completed the offer. We will try to give you credit for that offer, but we can not guarantee that you will receive any form of credit.
2. Users must complete the offer by using the link provided by 4EverGreens.com. If you go to the web site directly, use the link of another affiliate, or go to the offer site by any means other than through this web site, we reserve the right not to give you credit for that offer.
3. Users are responsible for saving all confirmation e-mails received by affiliate companies for possible manual credit proof. These e-mails might be needed in the case that manual credit for an offer needs to be given.
4. 4EverGreens.com is not responsible for any unknown or unexpected charges that you receive from any of the offers signed up with through our site. Read the terms and conditions to respective offers before signing up.
III. Products
1. 4EverGreens.com can not guarantee the availability of a product at the time of order. If a product is unavailable, you will be contacted and given an alternative option.
2. If any account is suspected to contain false information, that account will be placed on hold immediately. There is no guarantee that they will ever be taken off of hold.
3. Users may not receive more then one item per account (unless member chooses the custom order incentive option).
4. In order to order and receive products, the user must currently live in the United States of America or Canada and provide an address within the United States of America or Canada.
5. Only one account per shipping address is allowed. If more than one account exists for the same shipping address, all of those accounts will be placed on hold. There is no guarantee that any of the accounts will ever be taken off of hold.
6. Approval and shipping time frames can be answered sending in a support ticket. However, 4EverGreens.com does not have to, under any circumstances, abide by these time frames, as they are a guideline. 4EverGreens.com has the right to ship out items at any time after approval.
7. At the time of site completion and submission for approval by a user, if the user's selected item is no longer available for purchase or out of stock, the user will be given a substitute payment of equivalent amount to the selected item.
8. 4EverGreens.com reserves the right to change the products or offers at any time, for any reason.
IV. Orders
1. 4EverGreens.com is not responsible for lost orders due to, but not limited to, incorrect shipping addresses or faults on behalf of intermediary shipping companies.
2. 4EverGreens.com does not allow returns or exchanges.
3.If you exceed $600 in total earnings, you will be required to submit a W9. If 4EverGreens.com does not have a W9 when you order, your payment will be held until we receive one.
4.For custom orders, despite the amount of referrals stated on the front page being 0, it signifies that you must submit a support ticket requesting what item you want. A staff member from 4EverGreens.com will then reply with how many referrals it would cost to earn your custom order.
V. Other Information
1. 4EverGreens.com is allowed to place any account on hold for any reason.
2. 4EverGreens.com is allowed to deny credit for any offer for any reason.
3. Any user that registers on 4EverGreens.com using the AOL proxy, or any proxy will be put on hold. Please sign up through other internet service providers than AOL. Internet Explorer is not required but highly recommended.
4. 4EverGreens.com does not tolerate "walking through" a referral. If by any means we think a user "walked through" a referral they will be put on hold. Examples of a "walk through" include, but are not limited to, when all of a member's referrals complete the same offer, all referrals completed offers at one time, etc.
5. 4EverGreens.com can put a user on hold if they "scam" another member in any kind of freebie trade or if they have a past record of scamming other users.
6. If you have the same password as any other user you can be placed on hold. Common passwords such as "12345", "qwerty", "test", and others are not allowed.
7. You can not "do" an offer or sign up for anyone. Offers must be done by the user himself/herself.
8. You will go on hold if you fraud an offer.
9. Your order can be canceled without notice if you're not "PayPal Verified." Send in a support ticket if you are unclear about what "Paypal Verified" means.
10. If 4EverGreens.com receives numerous spam reports, your account can be placed on hold.
11. Please note all laptops may change with technology upgrades you may be asked to choose a different one then specified when you began our site.
